Beautiful and...very convincing Art, with amazing details. Most artists don't dare to paint the mirrors of the soul...but you did :) applause
AMD Dickinson replied:
Michel, thank you so very much for your kind comments...I truly appreciate it. This piece was so emotionally draining for me to do. There were times I could not look at it for many days and had to turn it to face the wall. Thank you again

We have to agree with Rosy and all the other words which have been said here! The story behind it, the hard time you and your family must have been gone through ... all is captured in this picture. Such a gift you have with your craft .. your imagination and the realization! And Mahatma Gandhi was so right!!!! f/v ... Heiko and Helga
AMD Dickinson replied:
Heiko, & Helga, your kind words mean the world to me. Thank you for the f/v. Anna-Maria

All i can say is WOW! Really nice work Anna-maria. The concept and the work itself...everything!
AMD Dickinson replied:
Will, thank you so much for the kind words, emotionally this painting drained me. There were times I had to turn away from it for days because of the pain it caused. At the bottom of the painting (which I need to fix) are the words - Poverty is the worst form of violence (a quote from Mahatma Ghandi. Thanks again for visiting.
